Gene Soltero (with daughter Karen behind him) celebrates after ringing the bell to open trading for Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. on the American Stock Exchange as the first IPO of 2007. After bringing Zion public, Gene retired as its CEO in order to concentrate on the domestic activities of Soltero Resources.

Using the proprietary technologies we have identified a number of shallow (3,000' to 7,000') prospects in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas from which we expect to drill 4-8 during 2011-12.
